Child safety standards

Clubbel has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. On Clubbel it is forbidden to publish, share, request or promote:

• child sexual abuse material, including drawn, edited or AI-generated material
• content that sexualises people under 18
• grooming, and any contact with a minor for sexual purposes
• threats to share intimate images of a minor
• child trafficking, and any offer or request involving minors for sexual purposes

Clubbel is for people aged 18 or over only.

In the app — open the profile, event or content, tap Report, pick the reason and send it. The report reaches the people who run Clubbel.

By email — write to dpo@clubbel.com with the link, or the name of the profile or event. Never send us the images: we only need to know where they are.

If a child is in danger right now, call 112 straight away. You can also report a crime to the Italian police at www.commissariatodips.it.

• Reports involving minors are reviewed first, ahead of any other report.
• When we confirm that content breaks these standards, we take it off the platform straight away.
• We close the account that published it.
• We report the case to the authorities, as explained below.

We report child sexual abuse material and every case of child sexual abuse or exploitation to the competent authorities: in Italy, the Polizia Postale e delle Comunicazioni (the Italian police unit for online crime).

We answer requests from the authorities as the law requires, and we keep what they ask us to keep for their investigations.
